The hotel is rundown and dingy with a constant smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallways. The only staff I saw throughout the stay were those at the front desk other than that I was not able to reach housekeeping. Our pillows were yellow and disgusting and several requests to replace them were not addressed. My biggest complaint was that the pool charged its guests for lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool. not speciality cabana chairs but simple pool
Chairs! Therefore, if we didn’t want to pay $250 to sit in the shade, we’d have to wait for an available sunbed without umbrellas.
